OAK Appliance PRO

OAK Appliance PRO is a standalone embedded hybrid Asterisk IPPBX for Small/medium Office and Home Office. OAK Appliance eLite also offers a hybrid solution (a combination of VoIP applications using legacy telecom equipment) alternative for enterprises who are not yet ready to migrate to a complete VoIP solution.

The OAK Appliance PRO supports the OAKVC-128, that is a plug and play with ITU G.168 standard echo cancellation module, up to 128 channels, 128ms tails removing.

OAK Appliance PRO is a new generation of open-source designed IPPBX (PABX) system that is more powerful, more stable, and faster performing than OAK Appliance. It comes 6 cores CPU, Dual-core Cortex-A72 up to 1.8GHz, Quad-core Cortex-A53 up to 1.4GHz, 64 bits width dual-channel 2G DDR4 RAM, Onboard 16G eMMC, USB3.0, one WIFI, and one 1000Mbpx network interfaces. It designed for support two E1/PRI modules, which means it supports up to 64 Asterisk channels.

The PRO version is designed for the high concurrent and high stable system, therefore, compare to OKA Appliance eLite it improved:

1. All chips (CPU, eMMC, DDR4) put to a 8 layer PCB board by directly that significantly improved the hardware stability

2. The DDR4 moved to 64 bits data bus dual channels compared to OAK appliance eLite 32bits width.

3. All PRI/E1 are modular designed

4. Added OAK EC DSP module supports to improve the echo common issue which caused by the old PSTN line to VoIP line
